Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Your photos remain safe.
What happens to my photos if I downgrade?
Your photos are safe. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, you won't be able to upload new photos until you're under the limit, but existing photos remain accessible.
Can family members contribute to my memorial?
Yes! When you share your memorial, family members can contribute their own photos. Even guests without an account can add up to 5 photos with your approval.
What is a Tribute Page?FREE
A Tribute Page is a free public memorial where friends and family can view photos, read an obituary, and sign a guestbook. It's a beautiful way to honor and share memories of your loved one with the world. Every plan includes unlimited Tribute Pages at no extra cost.
